Cléa Vincent makes candid, charming, super-simple pop songs that reveal themselves more and more with every listen. With straightforward vocals, she’s one of the heralds of the yé-yé revivalism, adding a tropical twist on her last EP. – The Line of Best Fit
Trained in both classical and jazz piano, singer-songwriter Cléa Vincent has an organic and modern approach to French-Pop. While studying economics, she began to perform at the well-known open mic nights at Pinone, where she developed her sound and found a captivated audience. She soon signed with Polydor but the relationship didn’t work out. She found a much better match at Midnight Special Records, the Paris-based indie label run by Victor Peynichou. Vincent’s first EP Retiens Mon Désir, was released in 2014. Since then, she has toured the world and collaborated with Michelle Blades, Fishback, and others.
Cléa will be performing at St. Elisabeth Kirche on Friday, November 10th, 2017.
